Make sure your subscription is active. If it is, your assistant may be restarting — wait a minute and try again. If the issue persists, contact support.
Go to your Dashboard, find the Subscription section, and click "Manage Subscription". This will take you to the payment portal where you can cancel or modify your plan.
After signing up, your dashboard shows the WhatsApp number to text. Just send a message and your assistant will reply. If you provided your phone during onboarding, it's already connected.
Your dashboard shows your usage. When you hit your limit, you can top up with a message bundle or wait for your cycle to reset. Your assistant remembers everything — no data is lost.
